Responsibilities
The Project Manager is an experienced professional who uses their organizational and ‘people’ skills to manage the implementation phase of sophisticated technology systems that the Company provides. Through direct communication with Sales/Design, Engineering, Installation Technicians and Programming departments, the Project Manager is responsible for processing and relaying information as it relates to equipment status, change orders, contracts, work orders, and engineering documentation. They ‘own’ the project from signed contract to client delivery and coordinate the work of the specialists on the project team. Project Managers are required to be dependable, highly motivated individual with strong leadership, communication, documentation, time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
4+ Years Project Management Experience in the Audio Video High End Residential Space.
Background of Managing Projects ranging from $500k to $3 Million.
Proficiency in Computer Skills, Microsoft Suites and industry software.
Ability to maintain proactive and regular communications, in writing as necessary, with clients, general contractors and other project representatives in order to keep others informed about job progress and schedule.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints
Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports and engage in strategic and creative problem solving.
Language Requirements are reading, writing, spelling in English.
Strong attention to detail, work ethic and an ability to perform well under pressure.
Excellent customer services skills and a can-do attitude is a must.
Job Benefits
$85,000 to $110,000 annual salary. DOE
