Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the oversight of Colorado operations, ensuring specifically that the Production and Service departments operate smoothly, profitably and at or above Company standards. Collaborating with other departments this role will develop strategies for improving efficiency and increased profit, providing guidance and support to all department staff. Furthermore they lead the planning, recruitment, onboarding, administration, retention and quality assurance processes for the Production and Service Teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role is required with construction field operations experience preferred.
Highly experienced at managing to project budgets and working with financial statements.
Highly experienced at analyzing processes and developing effective improvement strategies.
Ability to evaluate, train and career path staff members.
Strong budgeting and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership qualities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to travel throughout south Florida for operations oversight, as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar field.
